The sale is conducted on the first Tuesday of every month between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. If the first Tuesday of a month occurs on January 1st or July 4th, the sale will be conducted between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the first Wednesday of the month. Title insurance and guaranteed clear title searches are performed by title companies for a fee; you may also seek legal advice from an attorney. The County Clerk’s Office does not guarantee a clear title and is not responsible for any encumbrances on the property. The foreclosure map is updated twice a month; the first Friday after the auction and approximately 18 days prior to the sale.
Redemption period for properties identified as agricultural use or homestead properties is two years. Redemption period for all other properties is six months. The redemption period begins on the date the deed is recorded.
