Notice of Program Year 2022 CDBG, HOME, HOME-ARP, and ESG Programs Public Hearings
For Submission of Applications for Funding Available in October 2022
Bexar County Economic and Community Development Department (ECD) is holding virtual public hearings for the purpose of receiving public input to identify housing and community development needs for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding allocations that will be available in October 2022 under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), HOME – American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). The hearings are scheduled as follows:

Following the public hearings, ECD will hold a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) Technical Assistance Workshop on Tuesday, March 8 and Wednesday March 9, 2022 at 2:00 PM. Applicants (Non-Profits and Governmental Entities) interested for Program Year 2022-2023 CDBG, HOME, HOME-ARP, and ESG funding will be required to complete and submit an online application starting Friday, March 18, 2022.
