The scope of the Boerne Stage Road Phase II Project is to rehabilitate the existing configuration by incorporating a new pavement section, operational improvements and necessary drainage improvements for approximately 1 mile from Cross Mountain to approximately 1,200 ft west of River Ranch Road.

Note: San Antonio Water System (SAWS), CPS Energy Gas, and Grey Forest Utilities will be joint bidding with Bexar County to adjust and/or replace existing services within the project limits.

Mandatory Pre-Bid conference will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the Bexar County Purchasing Department, 1103 South Frio, Purchasing Suite, San Antonio, Texas, 78207.

Deadline for Questions are due by Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. (CTS) through Q&A portal or to the Buyer/Contract Specialist, Jonathan Preiss, CTPM, jonathan.preiss@bexar.org (CC: dwegmann@bexar.org). 
After all questions have been answered, an addendum will be issued on Civcast.

Sealed bids are due by Friday, January 6, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (CST), at which time all bids recieved will be opened and read aloud.  Time is the essence.  Online bidding is also available through www.civcastusa.com.
