A Message from Constable Tejeda

I'd like to take this moment and welcome you all to Bexar County Constable's Office Precinct 1 website. On this webpage you'll find all the essential information about the Office of Constable Precinct 1.

As your Constable, I'm responsible for Precinct 1 which includes eleven public school districts and all residents spanning from the southern part to the northwestern region of Bexar County.

The primary duties of Constable Precinct 1 is to deliver and execute all civil processes which include, but not limited to:

  • Criminal Warrants
  • Civil Process
  • Subpoenas
  • Forcible Eviction Detainers Suits
  • Small Claims Court
  • Citations
  • Protective Orders 
  • Restraining Order
  • A.G. Child Support Documents 
  • Variety Of Writs 
  • Tax Lein Citations 

These court documents originate from a variety of court systems, such as the Justice of the Peace Courts, County Courts of Law, Probate Courts and District Courts. 

Other statutory duties of our office are to enforce all local, state, federal laws and Judicial Protection. As your Constable, I am committed to improving the quality of life for all residents, employees, and visitors within Precinct 1. As an elected official since 1992, I'll continue to strive towards my mission of making Precinct 1 a safe and functioning community.
