A Message from Constable Tejeda


I'd like to take this moment and welcome you all to Bexar County's Constable Office Precinct 1 website. On this webpage you'll find all the essential information about the Office of Constable Precinct 1.

As your Constable, I'm responsible for Precinct 1 which includes eleven public school districts and all residents spanning from the southern part to the northwestern region of Bexar County.

The primary duties of Constable Precinct 1 is to deliver and execute civil processes which include, but not limited to:

  • Criminal Warrants
  • Court Security
  • Civil Process
  • Subpoenas
  • Forcible Detainers Suits
  • Small Claims Court

Other statutory duties of our office are to enforce all local, state and federal laws. As your Constable, I am committed to improving the quality of life for all residents, employees, and visitors within Precinct 1. As an elected official since 1992, I'll continue to strive towards my mission of making Precinct 1 a safe and functioning community.
