The Virtual Turner School of Construction Management is designed to assist small business contractors in understanding the basic elements of running a commercial construction business.

Presented by Associated General Contractors Association - San Antonio Chapter, Turner Construction and Bexar County Small Business and Entrepreneurship Department, the Virtual Turner School of Construction Management is a six-session educational program designed to assist small, minority, and women-owned construction businesses. The sessions include elements of estimating, understanding procurement, financial management, safety, business development, and reviewing RFPs.

The material of the program focuses on both technical and administrative skills, with a special emphasis on how to do business with Bexar County. It is a six week class that is designed to be informative, educational, and above all, provide an opportunity to interact with industry peers.
