The Bexar County Contract and Diversity Management System (CDMS) provides the County with an electronic means for collecting and analyzing data for the Small, Minority, and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (SMWBE) program as well as monitor specific contract elements, which includes, but are not limited to, prime contractor requirements, subcontractor utilization, insurance and bonding, and payment tracking. Search for vendors using their names, locations, classifications, ratings, and/or other criteria with some required search parameters.
CDMS is used to determine and report the County’s service and product acquisition activities. The system is also used for the advertisement of Request For Proposals (RFP), Invitation For Bid (IFB), Request for Qualifications (RFQ-) and Request for Quotes (RFQ) that provide SMWBEs with the opportunity to participate and receive awards.
CDMS is providing current process information for:
- Compliance tracking of contracts
- Vendor certification
- Contract Management
- Audit and report capabilities
