Overview

Bexar County Development Services Division invites interested eligible Federally Registered Non-Profits 501(c)(3) and Governmental Entities to submit applications for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership, and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Programs funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

NOFA Application:

The 2021-2022 Grant Application contains information for potential applicants on the federal and local guidelines for all programs. Please review the information carefully to determine if your request for funds qualifies under federal regulations. Final Selection for the 2021-2022 Awarded Projects will be announced July 13, 2021 in Commissioner’s Court. Our grant funding year runs October 1 through September 30. The funding allocation cycle for an upcoming funding year generally begins in January with public hearings for input on identifying community development needs, and application workshops. Subscribe to our NOFA to get notified when public hearings and workshops are scheduled.
