Scope

The project will provide structural improvements to the existing low water crossings located on Classen Road & Jung Road to provide unflooded access to the area during the 1% (100-year) storm event. Channel improvements will be made to Knoll Creek at the current low water crossings to accommodate the proposed structures. An interceptor drainage swale will be constructed parallel to Briarcrest to eliminate the flooding on the roadway.

Project Status

Jung Road is currently open to public traffic as of January 18, 2016. Periodically, Jung Road may have lane closures until completion of the project. Classen Road will be closed from January 19, 2016 for the construction of a new low water crossing and relocation of utilities until the completion of the project (anticipated to be in late May 2016).
