At this time, public access to the Court’s proceedings is available through attendance in person at the courthouse. Moreover, where practicable, hearings are broadcast live into the courtroom. Should reasonable public access to the Court’s proceedings be unavailable, its proceedings will be broadcast live on its YouTube channel through the following link:

 For those that choose to observe the Court’s proceedings on its YouTube channel, you are subject to the following admonishments:

 1.) You SHALL NOT record the proceedings in any way, including audio, video, or photo, without the Court’s prior permission. TEX. R. CIV. P. 18c

2.) A witness subject to the Rule of Exclusion SHALL NOT view the livestream at any time. TEX. R. CIV. P. 267

3.) Failure to follow these admonishments could subject you to contempt proceedings. TEX. GOV’T CODE § 21.001 et seq.

4.) All comments on the YouTube feed are disabled.

5.) When we are in recess or conducting a proceeding closed by law to the public, the live stream will be terminated.
