Public Integrity & Cyber Crime Division

The Public Integrity & Cyber Crime Division reviews and prosecutes cases involving official misconduct, complex financial crimes, and crimes utilizing the internet that seek to exploit children.  

 

Some of the offenses handled by the division include: 

  • Public corruption and abuse of office;
  • Election integrity;
  • Complex financial crime;
  • Elder fraud;
  • Money laundering and fiduciary theft;
  • Internet crimes targeting children.
